VICTIM IMPACT
PANEL INFORMATION Many people who are charged with an alcohol-related driving offense are
required to attend a Victim Impact Panel. We typically encourage all of our DUI clients to attend a Victim Impact Panel
as soon as practicable after they are charged. Victim Impact Panels are two to three hours
in length and are probably best described as informational or awareness programs. Typically,
three to four speakers will discuss their personal experiences with drunk drivers over a two hour period.
